5 Stone Field Care Basics:

This course is excellent for a "down and dirty" 2 day medical training incorporating real life scenarios for those interested in learning simple life-saving skills when other local resources are not available. 

"You Are the 1st Responders". Whether on a mission, on the range, hunting, fishing, camping, kids camp, fish and wildlife, or any group event.... when an accident occurs, you are on your own or with limited access to resources. Serious injury or death can occur within minutes and help can be several minutes, hours, or days away. Obtaining simple medical training in "Wilderness First Aid" is critical to provide self-aid, buddy-aid, or support others sick or injured.

 Healthcare Provider Training/Certification [American Heart Association]

Medical Care Providers and 1st Responders are required to maintain current certification in numerous medical training areas of specialty. 5 Stone instructors are licensed to provide support for these demands. 

Courses Include: 
BLS (Basic Life Support)- 4-5hrs. Cost: $65/student (10 students minimum). 

ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) 15hrs (Refresher 7hrs). Cost:

OPIOID ABUSE AND USE OF NALOXONE

We are often surrounded with increased risk of witnessing an overdose during this opioid abuse epidemic. Seconds can count during an opioid overdose and having the knowledge and safety to respond while further help is enroute can save lives.
